How to Submit a Complaint

If you find a defect or issue with your item, you can submit a complaint. Please note that the defect must be present at the time of receipt and not caused by wear or improper use. It is important to submit your complaint as soon as you notice the issue.

  1. Send us a description of the problem to hello@eyda.com. Remember to attach a photo and your order number.

  2. Once we receive your email, we will review the complaint and get back to you as soon as possible.
