We offer free returns for customers in Sweden, Germany, Finland, Netherlands and Belgium.
If you’re located in any of these markets, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via live chat. Make sure to provide your order number and we’ll create a return label for you.
If you wish to return an item, this must be done within 30 days after receiving the item(s). Any item(s) must be returned in the same condition, and including packaging, as it was originally received. We reserve the right to refuse exchanging or refunding any item(s) that do(es) not meet these criteria. Your refund will typically appear in your bank account 5-7 business days after we receive your parcel, but in some cases it may take longer.
We don’t offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item we encourage you to issue a return and place a new order directly on the website.
Returns are free of charge if you’re located in Germany, Finland, Netherlands or Belgium. Just follow the instructions above. Otherwise, please ship the parcel to the following address with the shipping note inside and at your own expense.
