Your comfort is our mission. That’s why our performance bottoms are developed in different fits, ensuring exceptional comfort across a variety of body types.

That’s also why we give you 30 days to test our leggings and shorts in their natural environment. Sweat, squat, run, and lift. If you’re not satisfied with the fit, you can return them washed within the 30-day trial period, and we’ll exchange them for another model with a different fit.

Our 30-day fit guarantee applies to both women’s and men’s products.

What should I do?  

 

  1. Shop our leggings or shorts.

  2. Train, squat, run, or lift. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to test them.

If you don't like your tights  

  1. Contact our customer service on mail hello@eyda.com or phone +45 50 70 00 20. 
  2. Make sure you have your order number and can tell us about your experience 
  3. Once your swap has been approved, wash your tights according to the washing instructions and return them to us with the shipping label that you receive from Customer Service 
  4. You will receive your exchange after 7-10 working days

Rules for exchange or refund  

 

  • Exchange to a different model with a different fit is free of charge within the 30-day trial period.

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced product, the price difference must be paid.

  • The fit guarantee applies only to customers residing in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Finland, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

  • Exchanges are only available for a different model — not the same model in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for the same model in another size or color, please follow our standard return policy before the product is used.

  • Leggings and shorts that have been used in accordance with the trial period conditions must be returned freshly washed. Washing must follow the product’s care instructions.

  • The fit guarantee can be used once per order.

  • For unused items, our standard return policy applies.

  • Leggings and shorts returned through our 30-day fit guarantee are used for other purposes and are not resold.

  • The fit guarantee applies exclusively to styles where leggings or shorts are included in the product name. Pants are therefore not covered — this also applies to our Preggo range.
