Extended returns
All gifts purchased between 1 November 2023 and 24 December 2023 can be fully exchanged until 15 January 2024. If you need to return a Christmas present, you can choose between getting the money back or exchanging it for a gift card. Read more about how to return or exchange Christmas presents at the bottom of this page.
Gift recipient can exchange it themselves
We recommend including the packing slip when wrapping the gift. That way, you give the recipient the opportunity to exchange the gift without having to involve you as the giver. Smart and easy for all parties involved.
