How to measure yourself:

When finding your size, you should base it on your own measurements.
It’s best if someone else measures you, as it can be difficult to get the most accurate measurement by yourself — you need to stand relaxed.
Use a measuring tape, not a ruler or yardstick.
Wear only underwear when measuring.
Do not pull the measuring tape too tight or let it hang too loosely. It should lie snugly against the body all the way around.

A: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

B: Measure around your ribcage, just under the bust.

C: Measure around the high hip, at the hip bone.

D: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
