We’ve collected three workouts to help you get active while you’re on vacation regardless of your summer destination. There’s no need to bring your home gym along as all three workouts can be done without any. We’ve tested each one and we can assure you that they’ll all make you sweat.

So get your friend, mom or sister ready and set, and go for one of the workouts below. Are you working out by yourself? All good—just go with half of the repetitions or rounds. Enjoy.
